Motustation processes account details, customer contact information, vehicle records, service history, invoices, payments and documents entered by authorized garage users.

How information is used

Information is used to provide workshop operations, customer communications, accounting records, security, support and service improvement. Each garage controls its own customer records.

Storage and retention

Garage data is isolated by workspace. Production operators must configure encrypted backups, retention periods and deletion procedures appropriate to applicable UAE and customer-jurisdiction requirements.

Third-party providers

Payment, email, WhatsApp, SMS, maps and AI features may send necessary information to configured providers. Garages must obtain appropriate customer permission before processing identity documents or vehicle images.

Your choices

Workspace owners can export records and request account closure. Customers should contact their garage to access or correct service records.
